Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.
However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

the best way is to sign young players who's rating will go up if u sign them when there young and there rating go up they have a smaller wage even when they get better. saving u wage money and helping u with the wage bills.

I think your best bet is to sell players as this not only creates cash but cuts down on wages. Another option - which is difficult to do - is to win more competitions because this obviously creates prize money.
Also, if you have any players that have recently decreased in ratings, you may want to offer them a new contract in which they may accept a pay cut (you may not get instant cash, but over time you can save a great deal of money). I hope this helped :)

Unfortunately the only way to make money is to sell players. At the end of the season your chairman can often give you some extra funds, but don;t be expecting a lot if he does
