    I am not sure I understand the question.

    Player ratings are reviewed regularly. The more popular leagues about three times per year, smaller leagues far less.

    Players are also added regularly usually after a minimum of 5 competitive games. Players are removed if they move to small leagues not covered by SM, or retire.
