Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

I make a mistake. I wanna loan some players to a friend,'coz he has weak team..but i logged in from his PC and now transfers are blocked ..

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do now. It can seem unfair but it's the only way to make sure the game stays fair.

The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
