Can club be adviced to respond to any transfer bets.I am trying to get new players but getting no answer.How can I improve my team?

    instead of trying to get managed players, you need to search all the external or unmanaged team and make bids for the players playing for that club because it is accepted instantly at the lowest offer you can make

    You can't force another manager to reply to an offer.

    You could try sending them a PM asking them to though.

    Perhaps you could also try asking what sort of thing would interest them, if whatever you offered before does not appeal.
