How do i lose at home 0-1 when my player ratings are superior (9 out of 11 are solid 8's one is MOM) and i have 38 shots - 19 on target?

Additional Details

I'm Internazionale opposition is Bayern Munich. They have 7 shots all on target and win 1-0 i have 38, 19 of which on target, Possesion is 51% to 49% in my favour. How is this fair and realistic in any way?

    Don't even try to understand how this thing works. They generate unrealistic and more than just funny results and bring lousy excuses. They don't understand that they discourage the managers who work for months trying to make a better team. What's the point if you gonna lose anyway ?

    The results are decided using SM's match engine which takes into account numerous game factors ranging from player fitness level to rating to tactics/formations. Naturally, SM cannot disclose exactly how the results are decided since that would ruin the game.

    Your best bet is to tinker with your tactics/formations/players until you get positive results.
