The SMFA won't let me do a deal I really want done

Additional Details

I am manager of Lyon and I want to sell Scholes and Diouf to a friend. The SMFA are blocking deals between two clubs but we are doing nothing wrong. What do I do?

    If someone reports the transfer and an investigation shows an unfair, non-arms length transaction, it will be overturned. This is to ensure that collusion cannot happen.
