Why SMFA block any deal of mine to any club ?

I have put Torres on Transfer List.. i got 3 offers : Barcelona (60M + Vidal), Lazio (60M + Inler) and Real Madrid (40M + Khedira).. I accepted Barcelona's, and made an offer to Inler.
Torres went to Barcelona, but Inler deal was blocked, so i made an offer Gattuso.. but also blocked.. Why my deals are usually blocked ( that didn't happen in the past)
Answers
The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
