how to acually contact support on this game?

Additional Details

I am trying to contact sm support but when a click the 'contact us' link then the 'write us a message via support' it takes me here, not an email feature to get in touch with them. Can anyone help me please?

    This is the correct way to contact support about any enquiries and the SM developers monitor all messages submitted in this transfer centre. If the query is about a bug, a player update or to report cheating then you must use the relevant links under the submenus to the left of this screen. Alternatively leave your message here and the developers will review it.
