I dont understand why I didnt get a cash injection at the start of the season when I needed it as I only have around 1.1 million

My season ended a few weeks ago of which I got promoted from division 4 to division 3 I was expecting a well needed cash injection as I had virtually no money and needed money to strengthen my squad but I didn't get it and I don't understand why?
