how do i make a manger to look at a bid cause it keeps getting rejected automatically after 30 days

ive tried pming the manger and nothing happens there. i cant think of anything else to do

    There really is nothing else you can do. The manager might just be ignoring your bids, which he has every right to do. No one is forced to respond to bids, just like in real-life.
