New Custom Game World question, Balance

Additional Details

I have started up my own Custom Game World & set it (with the worlds biggest clubs) to Very Rich Economy. The club's balances are around 15-20 mil. Is that normal & is it I have to hearn money with ticket sales or with the Very Rich Economy should I have had clubs with hundreds of million to begin with?

Never made a custom before so thought i'd ask to make sure :-)

    I don't think setting it as Very Rich Economy will effect starting balances. I think it effects things like tickets sales, the amount external/unmanaged clubs offer for players, prize money, and other types of revenue, but not initial balances.
