I had a player on loan and the manager who owned the player asked if he could call the player back to see how much he could get externally. He called the player back and then told me to re loan him. However now i can't as it keeps getting blocked for absolutely no reason
When you say it gets blocked for no reason, I assume this is your opinion rather than you not actually receiving a reason when you try to submit the offer?
Chairmen will not loan players out if that player is important to them. It is possible the player's value to the club increased since you first loaned him; hence why you are no longer able to take him on loan.
