SM is based in real life. If a player is unhappy at the club with too many games not played, they obviously become agitated. This is reflected in SM, where if you dont play a player for a certain amount of time, his concern levels go up. When his concern levels go up, once they reach level 5, theres nothing you can do. The agent puts him up for sale on the TrL, and you just receive the transfer cash. This applies to any player, good or bad.
