sometime when i bid for a player SM tells me:
You can only have one active transfer deal with the same club at one time. You already have an active transfer deal with this club
BUT I DONT HAVE ANY ACTIVE DEAL..... PLEASE HELP
If you do not have an active deal, then the most likely thing is that you made an offer for a player, and clicked 'Confirm Offer' too many times. If this is not the case, If you made an offer for another player, and the owner of the other club made a 'Counter Offer', then that is still classed as a 'Deal'.

It's highly unlikely that this message is being given to you in error.
Log in to your club and check the Player In and Player Out tabs here:

The other common reason for the message is that you were trying to bid and the bid registers but the display doesn't update. So you click to submit again and it says you can't because the bid is actually already in place. Refreshing the page would show the bid in place though.

If you are sure that you do not have any active deals then this sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
