Why are my transfers being blocked?

I have recently joined SMFA and enjoy the game, a few family members and friends have joined the same game world which they are able to do but everytime we go to do transfers between ourselves they keep getting blocked. None of the deals are overpriced and favour one team from the other, whats the point in having friends in the same game world if you cant do deals with eachother.

So you can play against each other. SMFA takes no risks in transfers like these. Like if your on the same IP address, they will block it straightaway because it seems suspicious. and before you ask, no you cant do anything to unban your trading. I know and you know that your not doing anything wrong, but how do they know your telling the truth? Its that type of scenario.
