Can you pre order a team for Gold 151?

I raised the ticket below a couple of days ago and you replied "You need to reserve a club at the same time as you purchase the Gold Membership. As this was not done then we will need to set it up separately. Please advise what team and type of Game world you would like".

I answered this twice although for some reason the reply wasn't getting through because you closed the ticket stating that you are still awaiting a reply from myself.

I asked if I can have a Premier team reserved from Gold 151.
Can this be done?

I bought 24 months of Gold membership and it said I could reserve a club for free.

I went into reserve a club and it's asking for a £3 payment.

How do I reserve a club without cost?
