I am the Manager of Real Madrid in game world 11104 and i had recently put in a bid for Kolo Toure who was transfer listed at £11 million. My bid was worth 10.8 mill as i usually just bid a little less than the asking price and then the SMFA blocked it. i found out that they block a transfer if they think a transfer is a bit unfair or suspicious so i raised my bid to the 11 mill asking price and yet again, they blocked it. What is going on!
Both of what Lewis said is wrong. You can't bid for any players on that team, if they have the same manager. That particular manager must have something wrong with his account, so your transfer is being blocked. You cant do anything about it, so just move onto other players.

And it depends whether the club is being managed or not.

You have to make a bid the same amount as the asking price or above for the other club to accept the bid.
