player concerns (lack of games)

my team is arsenal, and several of my players have concerns about not playing, which must have happened prior to me taking over. however fabregas' concerns over a lack of games has just increased by +3, even though i have played him in every game that i have been in charge, which is about 1 month. why is his concerns rising when he is playing????
