Tried to do a deal in game world 4756, smfa have blocked it god knows why when it's totally legitimate from both partys, so that makes us not soccer mangers then if we can't bring in who we want when we want when it's a fair deal, been on soccer manager a while now but have to state that I'm that disgusted by the blocked deal that me and a few others are thinking of giving the game up because of it!! Try having a look at the teams who are really doing dodgy deals and not the ones who actually enjoy the game and play it fairly without the cheating because that's basically what ur stating by blocking the deal
In terms of realism, managers don't always get their top transfer targets. I'd suggest looking for a similarly talented player. Maybe the deal has been blocked as it is suspicious, or alternatively one of the parties involved has partaken in 'dodgy' dealings in the past (therefore limiting the player-to-player transfer they can complete.

The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
