How can I reduce the concern rating on my players where they are concerned about Lack of games?

Additional Details

Concern ratings are up at 4 now. Apart from playing them more often(which has not changed the rating) what should I do?

    It will reduce if u play them up to 5 to 15 games. From my understanding if a player concern ups to level 5 your chairman will sell the player for you.i wil advice u sell the player
