Additional Details

A blocked transfer occurred without explanation. I can play by the rules IF I KNOW THE RULES! From everything I've read, both managers have done just that. When the automated system kicks back something suspect, I expect a HUMAN to respond, especially when I ask specifically. Who runs a business way?
