Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

    You want to know what can be done? If you have agreed a deal by PM this is not binding on you or the other manager - so there is nothing you can do besides hoping the other manager changes their mind.

    If you agreed a two part deal and have concluded the first part (e.g. selling to the other manager) who then refuses to do the second part (e.g. selling you a player) then this is not acceptable and you should report it to SM explaining that the person has reneged on a two part deal. You can report the transfer by going to Transfers > All Transfers and reporting the deal. If nothing happens (leave it a good few working days) email SM on the address shown on the Contact Us link at the foot of the page.
