How is it possible that 75% of my players have concerns and they had played over 25 games?

Additional Details
Other players I seen in other teams have played less and dont have concerns and they have ratings of 92-98? so what is going on?

Are those 25 games representing at least 70% of the club matches? that´s the number in order to mantain the players "happy" (higher their level, higher the number of games they will have to play so they don´t have concerns). Also, check out if the players´s concerns are all about the lack of games, or if some of them have other type of concerns.
