Question
Manager of new club. Player concerns have gone from L3 to L4. Could I lose player because of previous manager?

Just taken over as manager, 21 games into season. Previous manager prefered Casillas over Joe Hart for the first 21 games (and all previous season). I have played Hart in all the 7 games I have been in charge yet players concerns have jumped from L3 to L4. Could I lose this player because a previous manager refused to play him.
Answers
I have never seen a players unhappieness go away unless he was unhappy about salaries. Money solves that problem. I recommend you make some player trades with them. I have Yaya Toure who is unhappy. He has been this way for 3 seasons and he averages 10 games a season as a starter and maybe 4 as a substitute since the problem started, but he has not removed his concerns. A new contract did nothing. He has not gone up or droppoed in concern levels (Level 1). I know when they reach level 5, the chairman accepts any deal for you. I have seen it happen to a couple of people.
