How do you make an " unhappy player" happy?? i hav tried putting unhappy players in my teams & giving them all games possible but stil the unhappy tag remains.i usually end up selling them.any help please?
Players will progress from levels 1 to 5 and when they reach level 5 they will request a transfer. This gives you a lot of time to turn their concern around, so don't panic.
If the player is concerned about lack of games you need to... give them games! If you don't intend to play them then perhaps you should consider selling them anyway. That's partly the point of the feature; to stop player hoarding.
If you want to keep them for the future but they are not quite first team quality then make sure they get as much time as possible by utilising your substitutions in full. You could also rotate players, giving weaker players games in cups and against weaker opposition. You could also loan them out although they would eventually become concerned by this as well.
As concerns about lack of games are based on percentages it can be difficult to lose the unhappy tag quickly but perservere and they should do eventually.
