How do I see my manager points?

I want to leave my gameworld but I have been there since I joined and it says if I leave I will lose my manager points! I don't how many manager points I have or where to see them so I don't know what I'll be losing!

    You can see in your menu the option of Game World, click there, and will appears other options click in the one that says History, and then will appears a new screen and go to Best managers and there you can see your manager points
