AN UNMANAGED HAS PUT IN OFFER FOR PLAYERS EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT PLAY FOR THE TEAM IN REAL LIFE, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE????

IV NOTICED A TEAM THAT IS MAGED IS HAVING BIDS FOR PLAYERS FROM A UNMANGED TEAM BUT FOR PLAYERS THAT DONT PLAY FOR THEM IN THE REAL LIFE GAME..I THOUGHT ONLY THE TEAM THEY PLAYED FOR PUT BIDS IN. COULD SOMEONE TELL ME HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE???

    It is possible if the player is on transfer list, and the managed club owner has rejected the bid from the player's real club and this is the 2nd offer
