why and how.....my team does not have enough players

i have just formed a custom world..pass_shoot_gaaoool....my team is barcelona it only has 20 players but i have about 24 players out on loan that i cannot get back because they are perm. loaned till the end of season.....sooo what do i do,,,,,this is for the powers that be

At the start of a gameworld some teams do not have the necessary minmium 21 players in their squad. Usually, the chairman will purchase some random 70+ rated players to make up the minimum of 21 players, unless you take the initiative and sign some players yourself. Loaned players at the start of a gameworld cannot be recalled until the end of the first season - this is standard in all newly created gameworlds.
