Transfer requested players dealing

My player's concern level is no. 5 and hence he has requested a transfer. I have received bids but can't accept or decline them as it shows that my chairman is dealing with it. It has been 2-3 days but still the chairman hasn't responded. Similarly I have bid for players who have requested transfer but still I'm waiting for a response. How much time does this take?? Please give some advice.
Answers
If your player is at concern level 5 he will be sold by your chairman. Generally it takes 24 hours for a transfer or deal to be completed. However, if there are more than one bids then it might take longer. This depends on when the best offer had been done. Your chairman will, firstly, accept all deals and finally choose the best one.
