Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

    1. Go on gameworld at the top of the page (below the grey line) then click on calendar. there will be a calendar shown.
    2. Then click on the symbol of a piece of paper with a black and white football on it. scroll down and there will be a drop down menu. click on the arrow and alot of teams will be shown.
    3. then click on a team your want to arrange a friendly with and then press the button at the side of the drop down menu to challenge the club.
    4. Managed teams may accept or may not but unmanaged team will defineatly accept straight away.
