trying to manage a team but says team has been offered and manager has 48hr to reply. anyone with same problem?

I tried to manage Man Utd but it said that the team has been offered to another manager and they have 48 hr to reply. i check it 2 seconds later and the team is gone. doesnt make sense.

    when a manager quit a club then the chairman will offer the manager position to a manager from the game world, who will have 5 days to accept or reject the offer. After that period and if there is no response from the manager, the manager position will be open for all members (of course depending the game world.)
