If a player gets injured, you carry on and put out the same subs, but in an emergency, the injured player would be subbed.
You are right on that, i mean that when a player is injured during game then he is replaced, however in the game you dont actually see when that happens.
I mean you never see that the injury had happened at exactly that minute during the game. You just only receive a message after the game which informs you that the player is injured.
So, we can say that the injury is "detected" from the "medical team" after the game. Which means that you will not be able to use this player for a short or long period depend the kind of injury.
