Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

I still cant find an 'available for loan' option. Someone please explain.

Eg. If i want to loan pedro to another club my chairman wont let me do so as he feels pedro is very important for my team. And if i want to loan a guy like ozil who is on transfer ban and whose manager wants to loan him, why would the chairman say that the other manager needs him when he really doesnt?
Answers
go to squad then select the player you want to loan. There you will see "Transfer Status", click on it and select the Loan List option.
