I play some players in over 90% of the fixtures i have, yet they still have minor concerns relating to their lack of games. This seems to be something that SM thought they would include to make the game more realistic, but didn't think about how it actually works. It's a pile of crap.
The concerns will not go from 4 level to 0 or from 0 level to 3. This is done step by step.
So, if a player has concerns because he is not used so often then his concern level will go to level 2, after a period(1-2 months) to 3.. etc
Of course, if you have a player, for example whos concern is at level 3, if you continue ignoring him and do not use him in first squad then his level will increase in 4.
The highest concern level is 5, where the player demands a transfer, which means that this player will not belong to your club(he will be sold by your chairman).
