I would suggest a new feature regarding transfers. Often you cannot buy a player from an unmanaged team because their squad would be less than 21 and it is also impossible to offer a player in exchange for a player in such a situation.
This is bad. Would it be possible to make the unmanaged teams buy some players now and then from the market (also from foreign leages for example) to have a squad of more than 21 players only?
I'm not sure about this but unmanaged teams are only likely to buy players that are in real life playing for that team. They like regular managed teams will not be randomly going for any players or spending big amounts. So I suggest that you will probably have to wait for it to sign someone before you can go for its players.
