How can I create a new club that is not in the club list?

Additional Details

I want to help undate with new clubs like FC Shirak, FC Ararat, and FC Gandzasar. These three teams are in the Armenian Premier League in real life. But they are not in soccermanager game life. Where is that old version ticket I can use to update a new club?
