TWO REVERSED TRANSFERS

Hi. I have recently joined gold championship 120 as wolfsburg and I have recently had two tranfers been reversed by the SMFA, I do not know why this has happen because there was nothing wrong with these tranfers and I negociated with the other manager via chat as he happened to be online that day so we agreed for the terms of the two deals there and then. I do not know this manager nor ever had anytype of interaction with him until now. Another thing that allowed for these transfer to happen was the fact that I promissed to the other manager first choice on a player as soon as his transfer ban is over. This transfer happened between two gold members.

I pay to play this game, and I love it, I also engage in the forum quite a lot, therefore not only spending my money on here but im also spending a great amount of hours playing and typing to other players, There is nor there has never been any type of foulplay from me at any time. It is very frustrating to spend that much amont of hours negociating with someone and trying to locate a good deal so that then SMFA comes along and for no reason reverses the deals. Just because someone gets annoyed they cannot do deals like those and reports the transfers is that basis to reversing these same transfers?


For an organisation that is said to look after their customers and putting the customer first, the mere fact that there is not even an email address where your customers can contact you with their issues goes against those statements and your afirmations. Please do not send me an autumated letter or just point out the bullet points that I can read in the help menu anyway as that will only agravate me even more, nor say it might be the other manager as I have read in some replies, I need someone to go into my account explain to me what is going on and reverse the transfers back as there was nothing wrong with them. If you are not that person do not reply to this and pleaso do not point out the obvious.

For a company that does not invest in marketing and sustains and grows its bussiness merely on word of mouth it is my opinion that you are overlooking the fact that word of mouth made you but it can also destroy you. People that are affected by your poor decisions then pass it on to their mates and do not refer any further people to join the game and can even lead to more people to drop out from playing the game. Your customer service is poor not to say inexistent.

Pleaso sort this problem out as I do spend a lot of hours on here but the end of the day this is just a game, if im not allowed to do transfers that are perfectly fine then I will simply stop playing the game alltogether and will certany not only not renew my gold membership but I will also demand a refund on the remaining days that I have left on my current membership.
