turn off player concerns?

World Championship 9864 (Div 1)
this is the league I want it turned off as I keep losing players and not able to put on a strong team as players are always getting unhappy. How do I turn it off? Or request to have it turned off as there ain't a set up manager present. I dont mind taking on the league if this is the only way.

    I don't agree with your idea.
    This game was made as realistic as possible and in real life, players have concerns.
    You have to lead with that.
