how long does it take for a Transfer offer to be accepted i have heard nothing for 17 hours?

    If you have made an offer to an unmanaged club then its usually 15-20 hours. If the offer is to a managed club then it could take any amount of time as some players usually avoid responding to bids for their players. Also its not necessary that managed teams will always accept your bid.
