What are the arows on other people's formation's used for? How can I get them on my formation? Thanks

    Those arrows represent whether you want your players to attack or defend forward backwards, take or operate in those different positions in a match etc. To get them go to your tactics page and then in-game instructions. There click on the player on the right hand side on the field and formations graph. There you will see a number of positions for you to operate your players in.
