Changing status of game world

I participate in the Football Accumulator Advisors game world (ID 65575) that was originally set as private application to enter however the creator of the game world is no longer participating and soccer manager now administers the league. The clubs taken has now dropped to 14% and therefore it is becoming rather frustrating playing against the computer all the time as well as clubs being able to buy players on the cheap if they have the money.
Is there any way that this league can be transferred to public so anyone can enter thus making it more interesting?

I think its possible for you to buy that gameworld. Then when you are its owner you can set up your rules or stuff that may make it competitive besides inviting any friends or so.
