Why does player concern still increase despite playing him in every game?"

Additional Details

Since taking charge of my club I have played one particular player in every game. He had a concern about 'lack of games' and this has continued to increase (now at level 3). Why is it still increasing despite playing every possible game since i took over. I have been in charge of the club for about half a season. Any ideas?

    All this happens sometimes. The player must not have played at all before you came. Just keep playing him and his concerns will go down.
