How do I add teams to the database?

Additional Details

I wish to buy 2 Custom Worlds and set up a Greek and a Turkish league, each with 2 divisions and promotion/relegation (unlike the Standard Worlds which already exist). However, there are insufficiant teams on the database. How can I add 9 new Greek and 2 new Turkish teams to the database?
