Ground Capacity never improves!!!

Ground capacity 10,000 at start of game world. Won div4 in season 1, div3 in 2, div2 in 3, div1 in 4, 5 & 6 + 15 cup comps. Ground capacity at season 7, STILL 10,000 - very unfair and makes it dificult to compete financially. Needs sorting!

That's strange... my ground capacity has increased each time I got promoted, from 10,000 in Div 4 to 21,000 now that I'm in the Prem.

If you're ground capacity is small then tough to improve it and attendances. If not then very strange.
