if you reserve a club you gain a club slot, do you lose this slot when gold membership runs out?

I've reserved several clubs on here whilst i've been a gold manager, but over christmas i'm saving myself a bit of money and going back to proffesional for a bit, will I lose my extraclub slots that I gained from reserving clubs when I go back to proffessional manager?
