why the "Next leagues to be reviewed" are often not shown? Often the league comes out in the "Current leagues being reviewed" without notice

Additional Details

is this a bug or normal? Often within the same day I see a new league appearing in the "Current leagues being reviewed" and many teams immediately reviewed, within the day the league was published! This means that the managers do not have time to review and buy new players which are about to be reviewed... That is making the game boring and less interesting.

    This is a deliberate move by SM.

    There are pros and cons.

    Would recommend discussing on the forum.
