Additional Details

A manager recently posted me a message "Loan me Balotelli, you c@$%!
I reported it, yet the guy is still in the game world. Why wasn't he dumped out straight away?

    To be honest, swearing at someone in a PM is not something that I would epxect SM to ban someone for, or eject them from a gameworld for.

    I would just Block the person from sending you PM's in future, and ignore any approaches from him for your players.
