Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

the rating for gonzalo higuain went up to 95 on 2/3/2013, and the next day it was back to 94, why?

Yes very weird , this also happened Petr Cech he was 93 and now 92 , I hope they keep those ratings

Yeah this has annoyed me, both Di maria and Pepe went up to 94 then next day no evidence of them even changing.
