    It could have been an illegal trade, meaning that the trade was to one-sided, and that the trade was unfair for ether your team or the other managers team.
    or
    The league your in has a rule set and you are breaking it. (For example: There could be a rule that you can not by a player over 90 rated.) So you just have to find a way around the rule.
