How Long Does it take for SMFA to answer a multiple account issue

Additional Details

i reported two people in my setup who have 5 accounts. one has two and the other has 3.
i reported both 4 days ago and still no word.
I've submitted these before and have had responses within 36 hours.

    They stopped bothering answering e-mails or anything ages ago. I'd just give up if I was you, it may get resolved but you'll never receive any feedback from them.
